I recommend making an apt with Steve Miller who is here on Tues and Thur each week and have him review your application at the counter. This is the best way to get a complete application submitted and into our que. He will make the determination on completeness. (Steve is using Aldo’s old email)

I called and left a message last week for the interim planner. I have never heard back so I thought I would reach out to you since you are always good about communication with us. Ron and I have everything together for the office to present to the city we believe so we wanted someone to look at it before we submit it to see if there is anything missing. Would you be able to do this or should we have the interim guy?
