Missy,

I think the process requires you to have a pre application meeting for any site you propose. Since your last preap was for another site – you could just schedule another preap appointment.

The City does have responsibility to maintain the sewer lateral from the property line to the main. We typically only fix lines that are clogged and back up into a house but I’ll check on your specific case and get back to you. Do you have any other concerns for engineering?

Thanks

Brenda,

Nathan was told that the sewer lines are broken under the walkway at 114 Robbins. When he talked to Gerald and Andy they stated it was the city's job to fix it all. We are ready to proceed with the purchase of the property but we want to sit down with you, aldo, Gerald and andy to make sure we are all on the same page and there are no surprises along the way. We have a rough of our blue prints that we will take to the architect if aldo and you say it looks good. So there is a strong reason why we want to sit down with everyone. We just want the process to go as smooth and quick as possible

Hi Brenda,

Nathan McEachran the current property owner for 114 Robbins, Molalla was in talking with us today. He spoke with Gerald and Andy there at the city. It was suggested that we all meet next week to make sure everyone is on the same page. There was a collapsed sewer line that is the city's responsibility and a few other things to be discussed. When is a good morning to all sit down and talk?
