They changed the location to 114 Robbins which is still general commercial. I think this won’t impact the SDC’s.

Gerald,

Can you do a SDC estimate for the potential buyer for a general commercial building at 206 S Molalla Ave.

They want to build an office for a financial firm – 1600 SF building with 2500 SF of impervious surface.

Additionally, I couldn’t find a sewer stub to this location. I checked the Molalla Ave as-builts and checked with Zinder. Can’t find one. Am I missing something?
