Thank you for the information. Did Aldo also pass along 114 Robbins st to you? I left him a message yesterday that we have inquired to the land owners about this property and wondering what the SDC's would be on this place as well. It does have the water and sewer hooked up; we saw these when we walked the property.

I checked the as-built plans (attached) for a sanitary sewer lateral to
206 S Molalla Ave and I did not find one. Our PW director will be back
next week and I can find out what it would take to get a sewer lateral.
