If the County has reviewed then we can proceed with approving and signing of the plat.

Hi Brenda,

Alex is required to construct the half street improvement on 6th and improvements on Molalla Ave as described in the conditions of approval. This needs to be done with the next house permit that he intends to take out. We delayed the improvements for the flag lot but the rest of the improvements need to be done in accordance with our standards. He will need to submit engineered plans and take out a permit to construction the frontage improvements. See attached conditions of approval from December 2017. His approval has a time limit on it so he needs to get moving on his project before we run out of weather and he has issues complying with the deadlines to complete or files for an extension with Planning. Thanks.

Hey Gerald,

The myler of the partitioned P70-2017 has been submitted. It looks like the PW conditions require public improvements, but that is only prior to connecting to city services. So I’m fine with signing the plat so the applicant can get it recorded to proceed with his SFH development and thus start on his public improvement requirements. Thoughts?
