Alex,

I wanted to follow up from our meeting this morning:

1. For half street improvements – Cut existing HMAC in half on 6^th St. and build from there. Put in the same type of curb as you used on your other newer house on 6^th St. The city expects the ADA ramp to be designed by an Oregon Licensed Engineer. I have attached a sketch for how the ramp may look.
