This single family home will be located on a corner lot (6^th/Molalla) and they plan on doing sidewalk improvements on 6^th and not Molalla – due to the fact that there is already a curb and sidewalk on Molalla. The existing sidewalk and curb here are broken up and sinking and need to be replaced. I’ve attached a few photos – the curb has sunken and will be difficult to tie into and make this ada complient.
