This is not the daycare, it's the tiny little building that Deardorf owns
on the north side of the street across from Lamm's. It has been vacant
for a couple of years after we kicked a mental guy out of there. I have
no objections if the rest of the applicant's paperwork checks out okay.

All,
I just got off the phone with Chris Montero, owner of the business. It is
going to be a Video Lottery Store, with machines, pub-style food & snacks,
and beer & wine only to be served.
He has already submitted for a business license, as well as spoken with
Aldo at length.
He is hoping to open on November 30th. The OLCC License also has an
expiration date, so if there is any way to present this at Council
tonight, the owner would be very grateful.
That's what I know for now,
C.

Is shown on Google Earth as Early Horizon Day School. This would be a
change in use from some sort of daycare to market. Would need to look at
SDC to see if anything is increased. No ADA parking that I am aware of.
Not sure what building codes they would have to meet in order to be a
store. Sounds like a Type 3 but Aldo would have to confirm.

Subject: Lucky Buckaroo, LLC - OLCC License Request
All,
The attached is an OLCC License Request. The market/store is located at
107 East 2nd Street.
Before it's taken to Council, Dan would like to know:
Do they have a current business license?
Do they need a full review?
Anything else that should happen before he presents this to Council?
Thank you in advance for your help with this.
Best Regards,
Christie DeSantis
