Put together a letter that informs the property owners and site the code requirements that states they have to connect. You may also want to get with Aldo and look at what Nicolas Lennartz sent out prior to my arrival. He was trying to clean that up based on some code language requirements. Once done then get to me for review.

Gerald,

Finance notified me that they shut off water at 106 Leroy and also discovered that they have a sewer stub out but they are not connected. There are 3 houses on Leroy next to each other which are not on sewer – 106, 108, and 109 Leroy.

It seems like a good time to ask these houses to connect as they are by the wetland and on small lots and I would like to pursue this. What say you?
