Tell him to have his design engineer review the stormwater requirements. They will need to submit plans, stormwater calculations permit, engineers estimate, and plan review fee. Permit fee will be calculated once plans are approved. Sam knows the drill. There are wetlands on the site. I hope the had a delineation.

Hi,

Mr. Marson called me today and would like to talk to us about what he and his contractors are doing on the site.

He would like to have a meeting early morning June 2 or late afternoon June 2. I haven't called him back yet. I need to tell him that we will require the site to be paved. I need to familiarize myself again with the code requirements. He will also need to treat stormwater.

I visited the site today and took these pictures. You can see they have newly graveled the site and have placed large poles for future lighting.
