ODOT approved the design exception and we are all ready for you to move forward with the ramp replacement. Please submit the attached information to Loretta. I have also attached the design exception for your review and implementation. Make sure you coordinate all inspections with ODOT so we can get this approved and closed out. Thanks for your patience while we worked thru the approval process. I will be out of the office the rest of this week and Monday then again from 07/03 thru 07/18. Loretta and Brenda can help you in my absence. Have a good week.
