Regarding the ADA ramp at Stower/Main. The owner, Alex, got his ODOT permit and then went ahead and started construction without getting a Molalla sidewalk permit. I emailed him and sent him the form. Just wondering if you want me to do anything more or just let it be constructed without a permit – since only one panel is in the City ROW.
