Hi Alliks,

I received a phone call from the residents at 100 Stowers. They stated that you told them that the City was going to install the sidewalk connection to E. Main Street. Can you bring me up to speed on how this transpired and maybe forward me the email or letter from the prior PW Director stating that the City would take care of completing the sidewalk. We need to button this up as soon as possible so I need to determine if it our responsibility or yours as the builder. Thanks.
