Trina,

I’ve attached a recent approved annexation application for properties in Molalla. Our City Recorder Christie Teets has been included in this correspondence for outgoing records documentation. Christie – this is the application for DCA08-2021.

The last three pages have what you need. A current survey showing points of beginnings and commencement, a boundary of the properties to be annexed, and a legal description. We ask for this up front because it provides what the State ultimately needs to complete the annexation. We’ve had to scramble in tighter timelines on previous applications to provide them what they need to complete the process and this alleviates that potential scramble.

The last page is not part of the annexation survey but I wanted to draw attention to it because the public facilities feasibility plan is one of the requirements. Of note – it just has to show that extending facilities is feasible and is not binding for the site design review.

Could you please explain to me (in small words ) what he will need to do in order to complete

the survey so we can get this information to you before October 6th?

Also Lyle has told me that he has tried contacting you for information to complete

this process with no avail.
