Hi Dennis,

Contact PGE on power.

Waterline – 12” half way down 213 side of property that will be required to be extended to south end of property. Extension of 12” down 211 to west end of property will be required and looped through the development to 213.

Sewer – 8” most the way down 213 side of property that will be required to be extended to south end of property. No sewer requirements on 211 unless development needs it then it would be required to extend to west end of property on 211.

Storm is all ODOT roadway and onsite detention and water quality to City standards and water quality connection to ODOT ROW per ODOT standards.

Undergrounding of Power transmission lines is not required but distribution and all onsite will be required.

I'm expecting an offer (early next week) on the 15-acre parcel at the SW corner of 221/213. I wanted to confirm the size of the sewer/water line connections and electrical service that are available at the intersection. If you can email that information to me (hopefully Monday), that would be greatly appreciated.
