I hope you are doing well today. I am reaching out as I have a question regarding who has jurisdiction over 211 and 213 in Molalla. Our company is interested in developing a future commercial site in Molalla and we were wondering if the City of Molalla governed 211 & 213 or if these roads were controlled by ODOT?
