DH – The City is hosting a virtual pre-app with the Rossauers group this afternoon. They submitted a concept plan and are looking for initial feedback. They will likely schedule another when the project is more focused.

As this is a fairly large development, I wanted to give you the opportunity for feedback. My main points of planning feedback so far include:

 

If you want to provide additional input, Gerald and I are meeting at 11 and you are welcome to join for this one or I could come meet you separately.

G and DH – I talked to Gerald yesterday and he expressed a significant preference for “plug and play” design where the utilities go in sitewide first. The challenge it creates is that it locks in building locations and then the developers turn around for building submission and say there’s no room for civic amenities. I’d like to nip that one in the bud with overall site layout for this one, unlike CC.
