I am trying to schedule a Pre-App with Durban Development for a proposed retail project at the 211/213 annexed property. Their team is located in North Carolina. Would any of you be opposed to holding the pre-app on Thursday July 30th at 1pm (due to the East Coast time difference) instead of our usual 2/3pm time slot?
