Hi Matt,
211 and 213 are governed by ODOT and we have a Transportation Master Plan that shows what the roadway section requirements are on page 61 and 62. Here is the link https://www.cityofmolalla.com/publicworks/page/public-works-master-plans. You should probably start with the Maintenance District covering the area in question. Tricky part is we are at the intersection of 3 maintenance districts in 2 Regions. Region 1 and Region 2. When you get closer to locking down the location then we may be able to point you in the right direction. Thanks.

I hope you are doing well today. I am reaching out as I have a question regarding who has jurisdiction over 211 and 213 in Molalla. Our company is interested in developing a future commercial site in Molalla and we were wondering if the City of Molalla governed 211 & 213 or if these roads were controlled by ODOT? If they are controlled by ODOT, do you have a local contact you could share with me?
