Good morning. Looking at my calendar, there is a preapplication meeting today at 2pm regarding the expansion of the Colima Apartments on HWY 213. I have attached comments for those apartments as I will be tied to an ambulance today due to short staffing. I will make every attempt to attend the meeting. However, if I cannot, please pass these comments along.
