Great Marah. Diving into this one a little, it looks like ingress/egress is very close to the highway. Potentially some queuing backup issues as well. Do you foresee the current layout as problematic with ODOT standards? My initial read is that our planning code will not allow the proposed orientation - it may actually be worthwhile for us to touch base prior.

Attached are ODOT comments for the pre-app this Thursday for the fast food restaurant within the Cascade Center shopping center. All the State highway permits and improvements are the responsibility of Cascade center, so I have prepared comments that are consistent with those submitted for other developments within the shopping center. I have the pre-app tentatively on my calendar and am available. Please let me know if you would like representation for ODOT at the meeting.
