Hi Andrew,

The following is an estimate based on when you will be able to get planning approvals and move forward with building plan submittals. The transportation SDC numbers are based on our estimate of the City Council’s SDC update which will be less than the original approved SDC’s set back in 2020.

Water SDC (2” water meter) = $22,217

Water SDC (1” irrigation meter) = $6,944 note this is optional but recommended due to sewer fees without irrigation meter.

Sewer SDC = $59,711

Stormwater SDC = $8,325

Transportation SDC = $251,958

Parks SDC = $0 (Exempt)

Total SDC = $349,155
