Hi Mac,

Don’t need to say Public Works Standards because the improvements are on ODOT roadway so theirs controls. See attached edits. We don’t want to issue occupancy until the improvements are completed and we don’t want to be involved in any portion of the design and construction of the roadway improvements. Adding us into the improvements will complicate it for all parties. The burden of completing the improvements needs to be completely with the developer. Thanks and see me if you have any questions.
