Hi Molalla Staff,

Thank you for bringing to my attention the need to finalize my letter and to clarify that the slope/utility easement is for 10ft which would be from the new right of way line located 60ft from the centerline. I have finalized ODOT comments to reflect this. The widths requested are needed to construct the city's TSP highway cross section and for ensuring safe access to the Yaw property. ODOT engineering staff has taken into account the topography and location of Bear Creek in identifying the widths necessary for constructing the highway improvements.
