I had the opportunity to meet with ODOT's technical staff this week to obtain the most up to date information relating to the right of way and easement needs along this property needed to implement the city's TSP cross section. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to talk with Craig Yaw about the potential development of Parcel 1 and will be coordinating with him regarding the frontage improvements anticipated to be constructed along the property frontage. ODOT appreciates the opportunity to work with the city and property owner to ensure the planned TSP transportation improvements along OR 213 are implemented.
