I am stepping out for lunch. The only Dev review questions I have for you pertain to the Yaw Partition (the property below Tractor Supply).

They are looking to submit soon and are trying to figure what they will need for submission. Are you familiar with this project? Is anything triggered on the public works side?

I’m assuming they’ll need a current DSL Delineation for the wetlands on that side of the property, which I believe they have.
