Hi Jennifer,

 

I reviewed the proposed SOW TIA for the proposed development and the have the following comments:

 

The study area should include OR213/OR211, OR211/Site access, OR211/Leroy, and OR211/Molalla Ave (with and without the new signal which is being programed). City of Molalla staff has been requiring to evaluate/updated the signal warrant for the intersection of OR211/Leroy including all "in process" trips in the area. The signal is in the City's TSP and there is a desire to program the signal as soon as it is warranted.
