Hi Mac,

I determined that there were no services to the property but the house did appear to be occupied when we did our trip counts for the master plan. Based on that information, I can give credit for a SF home to the transportation and stormwater SDC’s. Attached is an estimate of the SDC’s if plans were received today, what SDC’s will be on July 01, 2021 if Council takes no action on the CIP or SDC’s, and the final is our best estimate of what the Council may approved. The first and second sheets can be considered book ends with the Council landing somewhere in between. We expect them to make their decision by March or April. An estimate of total daily trips is probably about 93 based on the PM Peak Hour numbers. Thanks and let me know if you have any other questions.
