Hi Mike,

We had a pre-app for Dairy Queen yesterday and we realized half way through that you may have been left off the invite list. I’m attaching the preliminary site plan for your comments and will communicate them to the applicant once you’re able to respond. I think the main question was whether they will need to be sprinkled, or if a hydrant will suffice… and of course appropriate access for apparatus. Sorry for the mix up, and thank you for everything!

FYI, the building is 2,208 square feet in total size.
