Hi Mike,

We had a pre-app for Dairy Queen yesterday and we realized half way through that you may have been left off the invite list. I’m attaching the preliminary site plan for your comments and will communicate them to the applicant once you’re able to respond. I think the main question was whether they will need to be sprinkled, or if a hydrant will suffice… and of course appropriate access for apparatus. Sorry for the mix up, and thank you for everything!

FYI, the building is 2,208 square feet in total size.

Mike - I had a SNAFU with my original sendout for 1419 Boardwalk (attached the wrong site plan) and am resending TWO projects for review.

I have attached both:

• * BP01-2021 - 1419 Boardwalk Ave (MFR Home) and
• * BP02-2021-Unaddressed parcel on Kalugin CT (SFR Build, parcel north of 901 Toliver).

Gerald - Please review BP01-2021 - 1419 Boardwalk Ave. We can discuss the Kalugin project today with Mac/Sam.
