Good evening Dan. This needs to go to Clackamas County for mechanical, electrical and building permits. I would also check in to the sound emitted. 98 decibels is loud epically on the street side.

Sending this one around for review. The Applicants wish to dedicate one of their existing parking spaces to install a new dust collector. Of note, the engineer stated that the fan for this installation will register at about 98 decibels (see page 5 of the attached). At a minimum, we will be requiring screening to mitigate the noise.
