This is obviously difficult to actually do with installing the unit to test the noise. We have other dust collectors on site which we could test noise levels at a similar distance that would be simulate the new units impact. We will reach out to OSHA to have them conduct the noise assessment for us, hopefully their input will help move this forward. Also see the attached document for associated tables (Table 8). The City cannot approve the proposal as submitted and will require an engineered solution to bring the projected noise levels to DEQ thresholds + site plan updates as applicable.
