I just spoke with Dan and Avi it looks like Wednesday morning we can do meetings with Molalla. I also received a call from George who is working on the project at 220 W Main St and let him know that Dan was working to schedule a meeting for Wednesday most likely at 11am since we need to have an agency coordination meeting beforehand. It would be nice to have a half hour between meetings.
Dan- Can you schedule an ODOT/Molalla coordination meeting 2/17 9:30am to 10:30am and the pre-app for 220 W Main St at 11am? Let us know what else you want to discuss.

Hello All,
We are setting up a meeting re: the proposal on 220 W Main. Marah and Avi have time on 2/15 and 2/18 after 1pm.
Dan and I can do 2/15 anytime, and 2/18 from 1p-2p (there’s another pre-app afterward).
As an aside, we are also setting up a pre-app on 2/18 after 2pm that has ODOT elements in it, so we’ll need them there for that as well.
Let us know what time/day works for you and we’ll get it set up.
