Hi City of Molalla Staff,

Our development review team has taken a look at the proposed building addition at 220 W Main St. There are many existing driveways to the highway and a lack of sidewalks. ODOT would like to have a discussion with the city prior to submitting written comments. I am able to schedule Microsoft Teams meetings which have both video and call in options or it looks like the city can schedule a meeting with Zoom.

ODOT staff is available at the following times this week:

Wednesday July 22^nd 10am to 3pm

Thursday July 23^rd 1pm to 2pm or 3pm to 4pm

Please let me know what times work best for you and whether you’d like me to schedule using Microsoft Teams or you want to schedule using Zoom.
