AKS has done good work here. Any engineering company that has all of the needed parts of your project will work. Stormwater/drainage, surveying, etc.

Gerald and Sam work with the Engineers a lot more than I do, so I’ll let them fill you in on this. We can’t make a recommendation, but I Know we’ve worked well with AKS in the past and have seen good work from ARD recently. I hope this helps, and maybe the others have another idea for you.

- 1. Each neighbor will need to file for an individual grading permit (it’s the same permit for excavation, fills, and grades). The applications will need to include an engineered design to get drainage from one side to the other, similar to the drawing you provided, but fully evolved and stamped by an engineer. Each owner can submit the same drawing as it will run across all four properties… so you may want to speak to your neighbors about splitting the cost of engineering.
