Good evening Dan, Yes I’m working late in an attempt to catch up on a few things. Do to the scope of the TI, This would need to go to Clackamas County for permitting and review. It would also be helpful if it were known exactly what was going in to these spaces. I see the updated space use dated 1-18-2022. However, if one of those tenants were to change to a coffee shop or caffe’, there would be the potential for an occupancy reclassification and more permits which would cost the applicant more money.

Hi all,

Please provide comment for CH07-2021. It’s a tenant improvement turning the building previously used as Well Fargo Bank into three tenant spaces. See my updated note as tenants have not yet been identified for the space.

We’ll be sending around business licensing and possibly additional land use processing depending on use as these spaces find tenants.
