Good Afternoon Jayson,

Good news on the septic Tank and well. Since the property has had prior utility services, SDC will not be incorporated into reestablishing service. The next step in the process for water service, is the property owner will need to come in and fill out the utility application and pay the all associated fees (reconnection fee $600 and deposit $100). Once the application has been turned in and fees paid for. The City will schedule at time for installation of the meter. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks
