Hello again. I found a lot of answers on your website. I'm not sure of the water and sewer permits. The website says getting water and sewer service is $50 each. It isn't clear if that just means the utility gives access or if that's the cost of a permit to dig a trench down the driveway to the water and sewage stubs on the street. The property I'm looking at is a vacant flag lot. The driveway to the building site is about 110 feet . Can you tell me that or direct me to where I would find that information?

Hi Julie-- I don't have a plan per se. I'm trying to get answers before I commit to buying the property. Ther answers will inform the plan. Do I need to fill out the form before I buy the land?
The application says it may take up to 30 days. I only have 10 business days to find the answers or I have to commit or cancel the offer.

I have planning questions about the vacant flag lot at 0 E 5th St., Parcel 2 pictured below. I have a pending offer on the property.
- * Does the driveway have to paved or will gravel be sufficient?
- * What are the costs of sewer, water and building permits?
- * Are there other cost such as for schools, parks or streets?
- * Is it necessary to build a garage or covered parking?
- * Is a permit necessary to put in a container? For storage, not living.
- * Is there a height limit on new construction, i.e. a 2-story house?
- * Is there a restriction on skylights?
- * What are the rules on drainage or an infiltration basin?
