I have not seen that you have submitted a Public Works ROW Permit (for review and approval), along with the payment for connection and SDC fees. Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued until all improvement have been completed per conditions of approval and accepted by the City. Please reach out to me if you have any questions.

Hi Artemy,
Your building permit authorization is ready for pickup. I’ve attached the SDCs, payment for which will be required upon pickup, and public works conditions. These conditions accounted for the potential of directing water across a new easement. Otherwise a dry well will be required. We’ll prepare a connection fee summary as well for you. These fees will be roughly $1300 and often times builders prefer to pay them in conjunction with SDCs.
Also, your property will need to be addressed as it currently has none. Next in sequence will be 829 E 5th ST and I can send the form for that after payment/pickup.
