Mac,

I agree. Being that portions are currently undeveloped, both traffic lanes should be included to provide access in both directions for the lots fronting Hezzie and Lynn Lanes.

Hi Ryan,

There are parts of Hezzie and Lynn lane that are completely undeveloped, but are in the TSP and we own the full ROW already. These would serve the development, but are not internal to it. Given that a half street would not suffice to provide the needed access, I am thinking ¾ street improvements (full traffic lanes, sidewalk/curb/gutter on the abutting side) would be proportional. I’d like to get your thoughts on that?
