Good morning Mac and Dan,

Per our recent phone conversation, we will hold off attending the pre-application meetings (including today’s) unless we hear otherwise. With regards to the meeting today covering 814 Toliver Rd., we have a few of minor questions/comments:

· Half street improvements should be considered for Hezzie and Lynn Lanes.

· The two existing buildings on Tax Lot 900 are not noted on the application, we assume these are still standing and will be removed as part of the development?

· All improvements per City Standard Specifications for PW Construction.

Not a lot to share on this one at this time. Let us know if there is anything we need to review in more detail.
