He feels that not having the 211 access for the middle lot severely decreases the value and commercial viability of the parcel. As well, we have a fair amount of expensive improvements in the ground at the stared property line that would then have to be torn out and replaced 15’ away. He is not really seeing the benefit to Cascade Center. He doesn’t really want to partner with the gas station, prefers that it stand alone and solve its own problems. AKS is working on him, attempting to come up with designs that work for everyone and everything. We are scheduling a meeting with the owners next week, I will keep you posted.
