Dan Zinder is out on vacation so I am following up on some of these permit files. Your City authorization has been approved, and your County permits are awaiting City sign off for approval. However, prior to sign off you are required to fill out and provide a City Approved waiver of remonstrance for future improvements. This is the document that allows us to contemporaneously waive improvements in favor of a potential future local improvement district. You will find this condition in section IV of the attached authorization.

Senior Engineer Tech, Sam Miller, will assist you by providing the City’s non-remonstrance agreement form. You will then need to fill it out and provide it to Sam for review and approval. Once approved you can record it at the County clerk’s office and provide us the recorded document and we can sign off your building permits. Sam is cc’d here for your convenience. Thank you.
