Gerald,

All downspouts drains are on splash pads and the property owner stated he will start putting the information together for the Public Utility Easement.

They are required to submit a Public Utility Easement as part of their planning approvals and were required to connect to the storm system. If the downspouts drain to splash pads then we are not going to pursue anything. If the downspouts connect to a pipe then they are likely connected illegally to the sewer system and will be required to disconnect and connect to the storm on Leroy. That will require a plumbing permit and PW permit. Sam is checking on the status. Ginger informed me that they paid for the damaged meter so that has been addressed. They will need to complete the easement and the storm issue or will be in violations of their approvals. Sam will be conveying that to the property owner. Thanks.

As for this one – there were no applicable SDCs for this property as we determined it was a previously allowed use (under County jurisdiction, iirc.) We approved their site design in the fall and CC just issued a bunch of building permits for it so they’re through Planning and turned over to Public Works procedures.
