Thank you for sending this over. I just saw the SFR (single family residential) permit and expired water meter permits as well on the County’s site.
This bodes well for the 2 SFR solution we talked about. We will have to parse through the other permits. I am not seeing anything for the duplex conversions.

I apologize. The pre-app meeting was not on our schedule and the public works director has a conflict.
As both Alice and Gerald will be available at 3PM on Thurs, Aug 22nd would you and your team be available to meet at that time.
I do think we were able to lay out a lot of the groundwork yesterday. In the meantime, Alice and I will discuss exterior work early next week.
