Hi Mike,

I received the scope of work from our engineer to begin the waterline work at the south end. I need to know by the end of the day on Wednesday, Aug 18^th if you plan on doing all of the waterline using your own engineer. If not then we will proceed with the south end. I need to get that section replaced as soon as possible. Thanks.
