Yesterday I met with Mac, Dan, and Sam regarding the waterline timelines. Planning understands that the waterline needs to go in before paving can be done and if there is a timing issue with approvals you have one year to complete with an extension if necessary. They said they would grant the extension if it becomes necessary.
There is time available for a brief zoom meeting the following days.

Let us know what times work and we will set up a Zoom meeting. Also something to consider. Your engineer and contractor can move faster and less expensive than the public side. If you want to share the costs for design and construction but do it under your umbrella then that saves us the time of setting up contracts on our end. We can discuss more at the meeting. Thanks.

We are developing our game plan so we don’t want to do something that will need to be redone because we jumped the gun, i.e., we don’t want to make paving improvements to old Wittenburg Avenue if the City is going to tear it up fixing the leaking water main.
With this in mind, let us know what you feel is an appropriate time to have this discussion & we will go from there.
