Hi Molalla Staff!

Hope your all doing well. It looks like things are still quite busy with development in Molalla. I have attached ODOT comments on the Scandia development. I wanted apologize that ODOT has been slow to respond to many recent pre-application conferences in writing. ODOT has also been responding to a high number of land use notices and pre-applications throughout our region. Seth Brumley who some of you may have worked with before is beginning to help me catch up on a back log of pre-app comments and we are also in the process of hiring a new planner. These changes should help us to be more responsive to developments in Molalla.
