I’ve included Sam in this and he should be able to answer if all of the permit and connection fees were paid and the decommissioning certificate was received. I’ve confirmed that the system development charges were paid in 2019. Thanks.

Hi Gerald,
We spoke and emailed months ago about the property at 1441 W. Main. I am excited to announce as of June 1st the place will be ours.
I wanted to circle back before the name changes on the account that everything needed for the hook up of sewer and decommissioning of the septic is complete. We hired someone to do that a couple weeks ago and it all looks good on our side.
