Good afternoon Alice - per the final decision issued for case: MP04-2019, the attached plat has been prepared to conform with the conditions of approval set forth. We are submitting this for your review and concurrence prior to submitting review copies to the County. Typically we do not circulate final mylar copies until all the jurisdictions have had a chance to review and provide revision comments if necessary. It is my understanding that the County will not review it until they have been notified that the City has reviewed the plat and concurs that all conditions have been satisfied.

Let me know if you would like a hard copy submittal as well and/or any other supporting documentation. Thank you.
