Hi Dan,

Thank you for sending this to ODOT for review. It looks like all the access to the site for all parcels will come off of Fountain Way. I didn’t see any access to OR 211 from Google Maps. Provided this is the case, ODOT has no comment on the proposed partition.

In our development review for the attached partition application I found that it had not yet been routed to ODOT and should have been. Many apologies as we are still onboarding.

Of note – the site has already taken access off of OR 211 and there are no changes to that access or additional development being proposed as a part of this action.
